free to educators and members of the NAHB!
The game a 2002 International EMMA Award Winner
takes the players through the entire home building process,
from selecting a site through the final sale. Players collect
information, solve problems and make the necessary choices

Building
Industry Association of Washington
"The Building Industry Association of Washington exists
to unite those in the building industry in Washington state
in their fight against a government that has made this industry
among the most regulated in the nation."
- Home

builders, focusing on mold prevention, to give to homeowners.
Download the .pdf and print it on your computer. (Requires
Acrobat
Reader. )
- BIAW's Return
on Industrial Insurance (R.O.I.I.) program is
the largest retrospective ratings group in the state.
Its members receive

perk of the program: if you do have a claim, the
BIAW handles the
paperwork!
- "BIAW's Health
Insurance program is a nonprofit, multiple-employer
benefit program created for members of local building associations
throughout the Pacific Northwest. Purchasing power, excellent

out the program's "Top
Ten Membership Benefits" and ask for a no-obligation
health insurance premium quote. (Requires Acrobat Reader.)
- BIAW's Safety
Assistance program offers expertise to deal with
safety and health regulations. The program, free
to members, includes

- BIAW's
Legal Program has four in-house attorneys,

represent them in crucial cases, and ensure they are informed
on changes in the law that could affect their businesses
all free of charge.

no set-up fees, no travel costs and no down time to and
from training, this is a great way to continue your own
education or offer classes to your staff. Members can
choose from several times and days to fit their busy schedules.
